Refunds

- Once a project has been started, partial refunds may apply based on completed work.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Services
- Completed design work, development milestones, or delivered digital assets are non-refundable.
- Projects canceled after significant progress may not be eligible for a full refund.
Project Cancellations
- Clients may request project cancellation at any time by contacting us directly.
- Any completed work up to the cancellation point will be billed accordingly.
Revisions Instead of Refunds
In many cases, we prefer to resolve concerns through revisions and improvements to ensure the final output meets your expectations before considering a refund.
